My advice as a Systems Administrator:
If you are running on Windows Vista CHANGE to Win 7!!!!
Windows 7 does not SUCK UP all your P.C.’s resources.

Hi Joe, on a hardware perspective, I’m not really the right person to ask which one could deliver your requirement as I simply don’t have one however on a software perspective, it’ll depend on the software’s compatibility with the hardware and the amount of space it carries in terms of HD and RAM.

Windows 7 is a vast improvement from Vista and I have to say, on my own personal level, that it’s the best Microsoft OS to come out since XP.

It was well worth the $30 student-upgrade!

Some say that Windows 7 is much lighter than Vista. I am using it now and it’s very nice. Just like a combination of MAC and Vista. So, how many of you switched over already to windows 7 today? Is it the samo samo Microsft blue screen of death or did they finally come out with something worthwhile…might be time for them by now. 7 is my lucky number so I will try to get the download done soon.

Windows really have to make it good this time around in order to be relevant otherwise end users will just go somewhere else to find a better alternative which I’m sure are more than eager enough to impress.

Hopefully Windows will take a leap forward in battery lift, but I fell PC based laptops are an age behind MacBooks. Whether it’s down to the hardware or the software I don’t know (probably it’s both) but they still have a long way to go.

After the Windows ME fiasco, you would have thought Microsoft might wouldn’t have made another disappointing OS so soon afterwards.
