I wasn&#039;t sure if that&#039;s your real name but anyway since you&#039;ve asked, .lic files are not like ordinary files wherein you can see what&#039;s inside when you open it with a compatible program like Notepad. These are encrypted files wherein the product key for a particular software are enclosed. You cannot use these types of files for anything which isn&#039;t specific to some parameters because they are controlled by software developers/distributors.</description>
