Yes, only US residents are qualified to win the prize. The sponsor has just confirmed it the other day as they forgot to specify it with me on our previous communication. If there would be anymore changes, just in case, that would be extending the contest duration to gather more entries but hopefully it could be announced on the date given above.

I have posted about this contest at Raymond’s forum (http://www.raymond.cc/forum/general-forum/17838-powerpivot-s-excelerator-quiz-giveaway-win-a-dell-st2310.html). But I have stated your initial rules, telling that “The computer will be shipped anywhere in the world”. Now it seems there was a changing in the rules, and
“Only US residents are qualified to win the prize due to sponsor’s shipping requirements”. Could you confirm this alteration, please?
