We are faced with challenges each day both easy and hard but the more we’re able to survive as we progress in this game called life, the more we get up each time we fall, the more we become better individuals.

Who would ever think that what happens in real life can be turned into a free game that people can enjoy but learn something out of? Yes, you’ve read it right. A free online game entitled 56 Sage Street which was powered by Adobe can turn your gaming experience into a positive and rewarding past-time that guides you in finding the right job in a virtual city, find places to stay, meet new challenges and mingle with other characters or individuals playing online in order to make it to the top.

56 Sage Street

The idea of the game is more like surviving each day in the city like most of us face everyday from the moment we wake up ‘til the time we get back home and manage our lives and our family.

The game is best played by acquiring as many jobs as you can in order to get money while taking into consideration your health and appearance like in real life. Although money is involved, the game also tackles decision-making and spending finances wisely as the game progresses.

More than just an online game, 56 Sage Street is turning the gaming experience into a more productive hobby. So, if you’re in for a sensible and almost like in real-life type of flash game, then Barclays’ 56 Sage Street is for you. If you need more convincing, then better watch the video below.

Rarely do I feature online RPG games on this site but I simply can’t afford not to look at this fantasy online game known as Algadon, a medieval land. AlgadonPlayers can enjoy this free online role-playing game via a web browser to explore the land of Algodon, perform specific quests, battle with monsters and other ferocious beasts, compete with other players, place bounties on other players, and attempt some delicate elite missions.

Players like in any MMORPG can buy weapons, armory, food, and potions for additional help while advancing to the levels of the game, for training to be more equipped in the battle fields and for performing quests within plays

Of course, an online game would not be complete without the ability to IM or send messages to other players, join groups, or post public messages to other player’s profile. As the player advances through each stage, more adventures and challenges awaits plus more weapons, guests and lots of excitement.

Getting hooked on online games sometimes have its consequences but making sure that the habit of playing will not in any way interfere with one’s studies, work or social well-being is absolutely fine. Leisure is supposed to be fun and not the other way around.

Life in Taborea: The World of Runes of Magic

Have you ever dreamed of a place so beautiful and evergreen with trees that almost touch the heavens as seen on daytime while the stars shimmering light brightens the skyline during the night?

A place where mankind lives peacefully and harmoniously with the rest of all the existing life forms on earth unharmed and breathing fresh air and plunging into the waters so clear?

I have.

As long as I live, my high hopes of living a better life while making this world a better place as it was in the olden days remain an aspiration.

The Taborea, or the book of Ayvenas, holds a record of the world’s beginning and the origin of all life. Having some similarities to the book of Genesis though with a different twist, Ayvenas, the God of gods’ created the book but then destroyed it into pieces when everything he had created drowned in turmoil leaving his creation in charge of their own fate and the world they live in.

This happened to the promised land of Taborea, then a haven of love and peace but now a challenged piece of earth where every earthling fights for himself for survival.

Like most MMORPG (Massively multiplayer online role-playing game), the Runes of Magic highlights the characters of the medieval ages—of castles and dungeons, knights and royalties, nymphs and dragons, wizardry and potions and everything in between.

Visual appeal is impeccable in all aspects plus it’s free-to-play. An Intel Pentium 4 2.0 GHz or equivalent PC with 512MB RAM and 5.2GB hard disk space with DirectX 9.0c compatible with 128MB RAM graphics card, plus a keyboard and Mouse and a decent internet connection speed are required to run the program.

The Runes of Magic is a game of tactic and wit. Survival of the fittest as its theme implies taking risks and making the right move in different situations just like in real life.

Our decisions shape our future and our actions mold our well-being. Massively multiplayer online role-playing game can also teach us something that we haven’t figured out ourselves that maybe we just need some time to think closely.

Its vivid graphics may sway us from the reality but judging from our actions as we go along in each level as we play in order to attain our goals and gather additional armory teaches us ways to improve our play and strive harder in the game. Big things that we shouldn’t forget to apply in the real world we live in.

I’m not a hardcore MMORPG gamer but I do believe that the best way to win in any quest in the land of Taborea is to be patient as progress doesn’t come in a snap which is the same in real life, persistent because true fighters never quit, and aspiring because those who have goals and are willing to work for it can achieve it.

Whatever role we choose in this multiplayer game, our best bet is to give it all we’ve got and bring justice to that role because in life, we also have our own roles–be it a brave knight that fights for justice and peace, a selfless priest that guides those who are going astray, or a fierce warrior that battles with everyday life’s challenges.

The real magic is within us and life in Taborea is not all that bad because each level you reach is a smile worth the keep. So, play the Runes of Magic and learn life. Download it now!
